The cyclic salt spray corrosion chamber subjects samples to a series of different environments in repetitive cycles, incorporating temperature, humidity, and salt spray. This corrosion testing equipment supports accelerated corrosion test methods, including ASTM B117 compliance, ISO 9227 salt spray test, DIN 50021 standard, ASTM G85, IEC 60068-2-52, ISO 7253, and many others.

- Spray Nozzle: Made from quartz glass, this nozzle is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, ensuring uniform spray pressure of 83 kPa, which is essential for consistent test results.
- Salt for Testing: High-purity salt (99.5%) is used to prepare the salt solution necessary for corrosion tests. A complimentary 500g of salt is provided with the purchase of a salt spray chamber.
- Humidity and Temperature Sensors: These sensors provide real-time monitoring and control of environmental conditions inside the chamber, ensuring accurate and reliable test data.
- Programmable Controllers: The upgraded chambers come with advanced programmable controllers and Ethernet access, allowing for automated and continuous operation with customizable test settings.
