Product Overview
The IRHD Micro (IRHD M) hardness testing device, known as the DigiTest Easy, is a device built for precision testing of the hardness of rubber, plastics, and other elastic-based materials with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. It meets all requirements of the DIN ISO 48-2 standards for testing IRHD M hardness.
The DigiTest Easy hardness tester allows users to test using the IRHD M method, fully automated IRHD M hardness measurements. It combines the cost-effectiveness of the IRHD Compact with the advanced automation and convenience found in the digi test II, offering excellent value without compromising performance.
The DigiTest Easy hardness testing devices’ easy-to-use design makes performing IRHD M hardness tests on sample materials very fast and efficient, resulting in accurate readings at the press of a button. When used in conjunction with the optional Barofix manual accessory, the DigiTest Easy hardness tester offers a perfect entry-level device for O-ring hardness testing and similar applications.

Traceability:
Your products, calibrations, processes, and measurements have a complete history, including where they came from, how they were created, and how they were developed. Each step taken during production or measurement is recorded so that all parameters and conditions are easy to look up at any time
Ensuring full traceability will maintain data transparency, consistency, and reliability of the data you maintain. It also supports the effective control of quality and makes it possible to find errors quickly before they become problems; compliance with both the applicable regulatory requirements and your internal quality standards can be verified earlier in the process.
