The YTS-500E-PLT is a compact metal hardness tester that incorporates cutting-edge technology and offers a range of innovative features.
This handheld pen type hardness tester continues to use our patented dual-coil technology, resulting in exceptional accuracy of +/-4HL. It meets the standards of pen type Leeb tester ASTM A956 and pen style Leeb tester DIN 50156, ensuring precise measurements. The device features a high contrast color TFT display and a robust metal enclosure for durability.
The device has a dynamic bar-graph display that can assess the workpiece based on its deviation value, using various colors to facilitate visual differentiation. It complies with ASTM E110 and ISO 16859 standards, providing reliable performance across different applications.
The YTS-500E-PLT has the capability to transfer measurement data to a computer and print it out using a micro-printer connected via USB connection. It can also wirelessly transmit the data using its built-in wireless module. The battery can be easily charged via a USB connector. Additionally, this pen style Leeb tester has a customer re-calibration and statistics function, making it a versatile and efficient tool for Leeb hardness testing.
