YTS’s corrosion testing chambers, including salt fog and SO2 corrosion chambers, subject samples to a series of environmental conditions, including salt spray, temperature, humidity, SO2 gas, drying, wetting, and more. These chambers are ideal for conducting a comprehensive range of tests, such as the ASTM B117 corrosion test, ISO 9227 salt spray test, DIN 50021 spray test, and ASTM G85 cyclic corrosion test. Specifically, ASTM G85 Annex 4 (A4) involves the introduction of SO2 gas directly into the salt spray test chamber according to specified cycles.
Our SSC chambers are equipped with advanced programmable controllers and Ethernet access for enhanced automation and continuous operation. As environmental test chambers, they are specifically designed for accelerated corrosion testing. With various models available, including salt fog testing equipment and cyclic corrosion chambers, we can meet a wide range of testing requirements efficiently and reliably. Our chambers ensure thorough and precise salt spray corrosion resistance assessments and are also capable of conducting sulfur dioxide corrosion tests. - Humidifier: An external isolation stainless steel surface evaporation humidifier for maintaining the required humidity levels.

- Custom Sample Holders: Specially designed holders to secure different types of samples during testing.
- Interior Material: The chamber’s interior is made of SUS304 stainless steel with glass fiber reinforced plastics for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- Electromagnetic Door Lock: Ensures a secure and tight seal to prevent any gas leakage during testing.
